Return & Exchange Policy
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Eligible Reasons
- Manufacturing defects, including visible damage or significant irreversible stains on specific lengths.
- Shipping damages caused during transportation.
- Noticeable color discrepancies.
- Incorrect items, including wrong sizes or colors.
1.2 Important Notes
If your order arrives damaged, please keep both the product and its packaging for inspection by our logistics team during the return process.
1.3 Exclusions
- Minor variations in color or aesthetics not related to product quality.
- Items that are not in their original sealed condition.
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Unauthorized modifications to products.
- Sale items.
- Special order items.
- Sheets or samples.
- Custom-designed products.
- Small cuts from standard full rolls.
2. Request Period
- Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure

- Your preferred outcome, either a refund or replacement

We will assess your request and respond with either approval or denial within 1 to 2 business days.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- For defective products caused by manufacturing errors, shipping problems, or incorrect items, Revive Vinyl will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For returns based on personal choice, such as change of mind or incorrect ordering, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
