Warranty for vinyl and ppf +
Our vinyl wrap products are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in material under normal use and proper installation. Coverage Includes: * Manufacturer defects such as premature lifting, bubbling, or adhesive failure * Significant color fading or cracking within the warranty period * Issues directly related to material quality Warranty Terms: * Vinyl products carry a warranty of 1–4 years, depending on the specific film type and finish *PPF products carry a warranty of 6-8 years depending on film finish * Warranty applies only to the material, not labor or installation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing * Coverage is limited to replacement of defective material or affected panels only, not a full vehicle rewrap Not Covered: * Improper installation or application errors * Damage caused by accidents, chemicals, pressure washing, or neglect * Normal wear and tear * Improper storage prior to installation (extreme heat, cold, or humidity) * Color variation between different production batches * Material installed more than 6 months after delivery Important Notes: * For best results, material should be installed within a reasonable timeframe and stored in a controlled environment * Due to manufacturing processes, batch-to-batch color variation may occur * Warranty claims require clear photos and documentation of the issue

1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges +

1.1 Eligible Reasons

  • Manufacturing defects, including visible damage or significant irreversible stains on specific lengths.
  • Shipping damages caused during transportation.
  • Noticeable color discrepancies.
  • Incorrect items, including wrong sizes or colors.

1.2 Important Notes

If your order arrives damaged, please keep both the product and its packaging for inspection by our logistics team during the return process.

1.3 Exclusions

  • Minor variations in color or aesthetics not related to product quality.
  • Items that are not in their original sealed condition.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Unauthorized modifications to products.
  • Sale items.
  • Special order items.
  • Sheets or samples.

  • Small cuts from standard full rolls.

  • For returns based on personal choice, such as change of mind or incorrect ordering, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
