We ship within the next 2 business days by UPS/FedEx/DHL when we receive payment. We do not ship to PO boxes. 

• If you want to cancel the order, please email us as fast as you can before we ship the parcel to you or it cannot be cancelled.

We will replace the damaged portion of the wraps that occurred during shipment. Please retain the damaged box and take photographs and videos of it. After that, file a complaint with the shipping company to obtain a complaint number and send it to us, as this will help expedite the resolution of the issue.
